A listing appeared yesterday for 528 E. Sixth St. between Avenue A and Avenue B... Here's part of the listing from Think Properties:

  1. (a) This building sold for $5.35MM LAST YEAR. The owners are have had too much of the neighborhood crack.

    (b) The apartments listed on streeteasy all had rents in the $3K per month range. How is that rent stabilized??

  4. Apartments can be stabilized at any price... that goes along with the tax abatement.
