In case you were planning on waiting in line... Actress Jennifer Esposito's gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar-free, soy-free, peanut-free, allergy-friendly, organic bakery is at 263 E. 10th St., between Avenue A and First Avenue.

    I liked her on "Blue Bloods" and wish her well in this venture, but couldn't we have Peter and his Whole Earth Bakery back?

    Met her the other day since I work down the block from the bakery and shes been there every day. Shes super sweet.

    Well I'll be a customer. I used to be able to eat everything, now have to skip gluten, dairy and a host of other things as per my doc. It is really difficult, and if you don't have the issues it is easy to mock. But I'm looking forward to it.. And it's just a few hops west of my good old 80s tenement apt. Just hope the prices aren't too nuts, that's the worst part of having a restricted diet.
