  2. It's a diorama of what happens when anarchy sets in. Oh well, at least it means this little area gets to retain some of that authentic nyc nastiness that some people seem to treasure.

  3. One of the people who sleeps on that shared mattress frightened my 70-year-old mom when we were walking to Odessa with my dad.

Later, we went to see the garden on 6th street near Benny's Burritos, and my parents seemed to enjoy it, so I am glad they still had a good time visiting me.

(we are from Canarsie Brooklyn and I am the first one in my family to live here since the 1930s, so thanks idiots who like to scream in the streets for ruining it for us).

For the most part, I am having a wonderful time living here, and I appreciate it so much more than having to conform in 1980s Brooklyn, but every time my parents visit me here, there are idiots that ruin it for everyone.
