Coming very soon to St. Mark's Place near Third Avenue... where the plywood came down last week...

Where are the "No Papaya King NYC" stickers? Where are the long comments about hotdogs and NYU students? Won't somebody please think of the bodegas?!
ReplyDeleteOh I don't know "shmnyc" maybe it has to do with Papayaking being a Manhattan institution dating back to 1932. Excuse my bluntness but DUHHHHHH
ReplyDeleteAnd also to do with the fact that they have no plans to open another 100 locations in Manhattan. But if they did I would still find them preferable to international corporation-owned 7-11 and that ilk.
ReplyDeleteAn institution! Like Chase, or Duane Reade. I think I'm starting to get it.
ReplyDeleteWalked past this morning and thought that the covered staircase/landing thing looks like prime crusty real estate.
ReplyDeleteSMH, you're a funny dude. I like you.
ReplyDeleteTick tick tick - awful terrible Japadog. If you are going to bring a dog to NY, KNOW THY AUDIENCE. They cannot even give that stuff away.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 12:29 PM, Thanks.
