Glad to see it has a sprinkler cap, but if there are no kids playing in it it should be shut off.

ReplyDeleteI walked through that yesterday afternoon. It was lovely. It reminded me of why I love living in a neighborhood where that people still do that. And there were kids around the hydrant, at least when I was there. Almost took a picture myself.
