  1. I hadnt realized that Times Square and coney Island only gentrified in the last 12 years. Probably because it's not true. They've been gentrifying for 20 plus years.

    Sorry he lost his longtime Snakemonkey studio space on Ave A. Was a longtime fixture there. But he's working harder than ever doing cool stuff out of his new space on 10th - C.
    I would definitely check this event out if I was in town.
