I spoke to Lee at the card store, he says he has the same landlord as the PO which is why he has to close, but that everyone farther east of him - 99 cent emmporium, athletic shoe store, coffee shop, dry cleaners, Chinese herb place - has a different one, so maybe they will stick around for a while...hey, a girl can dream, can't she?
