A crew was working on an upgraded fence yesterday ...

...to protect the current pit ...

The plywood includes a rendering of the future 327 E. Ninth St. ...

Previously on EV Grieve:
The big dig begins for 6-story, 2-unit condo on East 9th Street
East Ninth Street parking lot will yield to 6-floor residential building
The new building likes rather nice actually.
ReplyDeleteHow bizarrely inoffensive this building is! I'll be amazed if it comes out looking this good.
ReplyDeleteThey should paint the mullions in the windows a dark color - the white looks odd in the rendering.
building looks good, but I wish they'd leave a few more empty lots in the hood - I like them!
ReplyDeleteAttractive building suiting the block a look at what can be done with the right developer and architect involved development can be a positive event
ReplyDeleteArched windows, stone facade and non-depressing color? I hope this rendering is real.
ReplyDeleteI lived on this block (directly across the street from this lot, actually) for years before i bought my place over on 6th and B. it's such a great block, i really miss it... i wish i could afford a place in this building. it looks really nice! finally something that brings a smile around here.
ReplyDeleteI hope this is a trend.
ReplyDeleteNow that I like!
ReplyDeleteI am looking for some fencing in toronto for around my condo. Like the pictures above, I want to create some privacy for my space and also to help me feel more protected.
