Fencing in the future 6-story residential building on E. 9th Street



Progress check at 327 E. Ninth St., a former parking lot between First Avenue and Second Avenue. As we first reported in August 2012, a six-story, two-unit residential building will eventually rise here.

  2. How bizarrely inoffensive this building is! I'll be amazed if it comes out looking this good.

    They should paint the mullions in the windows a dark color - the white looks odd in the rendering.

I lived on this block (directly across the street from this lot, actually) for years before i bought my place over on 6th and B. it's such a great block, i really miss it... i wish i could afford a place in this building. it looks really nice! finally something that brings a smile around here.

  7. I am looking for some fencing in toronto for around my condo. Like the pictures above, I want to create some privacy for my space and also to help me feel more protected.
