Fencing in the future 6-story residential building on E. 9th Street
Progress check at 327 E. Ninth St., a former parking lot between First Avenue and Second Avenue. As we first reported in August 2012, a six-story, two-unit residential building will eventually rise here.

ReplyDeleteThey should paint the mullions in the windows a dark color - the white looks odd in the rendering.
building looks good, but I wish they'd leave a few more empty lots in the hood - I like them!

ReplyDeleteI lived on this block (directly across the street from this lot, actually) for years before i bought my place over on 6th and B. it's such a great block, i really miss it... i wish i could afford a place in this building. it looks really nice! finally something that brings a smile around here.
