These 2 adorable East Village cats need a new home

EVG friend Bayou shares this with us… "Audrey and Francine need a new loving home. They are funny, affectionate and come running for the dinner bell. I know them personally. They are BFF and should stay together."

Also!

"Will be four years old in 2014. Can live with dogs."

The owner, a longtime East Village resident, is really broken up about having to rehome them, but her husband has developed allergies. (No rehoming-the-husband-comments please!)

Here's the owner's email for serious inquiries...

  1. They are beautiful. I hope they find a good home. My friend recently adopted two kitty brothers, and they are adorable and love each other a lot, and they bring her lots of joy.

  2. They are very cute. And as I can attest to as a cat owner, nothing man has invented keeps mice less interested in exploring your apartment than a feline or 2 roaming the premesis.

Hope they find a good home,

  3. also, remember cats are very good about keeping vermin away. i've found my cats get the few roaches, flies and any mice away - it really works! i think the vermin stay out. also, they can hear higher pitches and farther away pitches than people and have more than once alerted me to iffy situations. someone please take them! they are already trained and obviously will fit right in with you. don't separate them. hopefully you have at least one window for them to look out for cat tv.
