ReplyDeleteThe car and steam have been there since yesterday late afternoon at least. The tape and cone were new this morning.
ReplyDeleteThe driver will probably move it as soon as the ice melts from the hood. Maybe the car behind it will park there. Anyone else for Russian roulette?
