Just 2 more nights of celebrating left!

  1. it started thursday night. 10th street is a shit show. screaming, wooooooing, singing. lots of young girls. parades of people up and down the streets, why can't they settle somewhere? seems like all day and night since then. mornings (like now) they seem to quiet down for a minute.

  2. Well, all I care is that apartment 3 in my building didn't have a drunken party in the courtyard; I would have reported them to the police—not that it would do any good.

When did it become St Patrick's Week?

  4. I walked by that 13th Step bar last nite, and what a shit show out front. In the span of 45 seconds, I also saw two separate people narrowly escape being hit by traffic and they darted across the street.

If this were any other group besides a bunch of drunk white frat boys and skanks, there would be a police presence. And the NYPD would be doing anything to find a way to shut the place down.

  5. It's hideous along 2nd and 3rd Aves. today -- nobody cleaned up the messes left last night, and the hordes are already crawling out from under their hangovers to start all over again.

Stupid waste of energy...is it okay to wish that people would volunteer instead of drinking by the week?

Yesterday, there was some dingbat chick dressed like a crack-addicted leprechaun running up to pigeons in 3rd Avenue gutters and screaming at them. #StPatricksPigeonRager

  7. Say what you will, but if it weren't for Saint Patrick, there would still be snakes in Ireland!

  8. St Patrick's Day weekend is the only time of the year when you actually start to miss the calm peaceful solitude of SantaCon.

  9. My "favorite" sightings: the rotund guy wearing an "I'm So Irish I Shit Leprechauns" shirt, and the skanky brunette with an "I'm Fucking Irish" tee.
