Construction Watch: 31-33 Second Ave.

As we first noted back in June 2012, Ben Shaoul was adding three new floors of residences at 31-33 Second Ave.

We've been watching the demolition/addition here in recent months… (a neighbor described it as a "bshaoul mess") …

    I do not know what is worse: This building, or the 100 year old one falling over next to it that has a $300/mo full floor tenant who grew up there and now has kids of their own. Go generational succession....
