this is actually a thing that kids love to do. the basement doors for my building get stompers and kids going back and forth on scooters during the day, it is noisy fun for them but I can see how listening to this all day can drive one batty.
ReplyDeleteWe welded crossed aluminum strips that stick up about 1" on ours, no way to skateboard or stomp on them now.
ReplyDeleteOwner should fix sidewalk then before someone crashes thru.... and reinforce gates so they don't make such a clatter. Duh...
