  2. I'm an incredible parallel parker but you gotta be a god damn animal to park with your bumper touching someone else's. I'll fuckin smash your car up if you do that to me son.

  3. You guys are running on assumptions here. #1 the idea that the blue guy put it into a space that tight, wrong, it happened in a different order. And #2, this partial frame does not tell the whole story, either or both the adjacent cars may have free space in front or back, like a hydrant or driveway, that gives them easy egress. Also may be multiple cars with one owner, here on 5th Street about 5 people own 12 or so of the everyday cars, in which case the touching bumpers is fine and intentional, a regular part of trying to be courteous to your neighbors and taking up as little space with your 'fleet' as possible.
