Sunset strip



Taking in the new dorm going up on Cooper Square and East Sixth Street at sunset … looks as if workers are up to about 11 floors ... on the way to 13 for Marymount Manhattan College.

    The poor lower level guests of the Standard 35 will lose all their morning sun.
    COURTYARD KING:
    These comfortable 275 sq ft rooms, located on floors 3-4, face a quiet, tree lined courtyard and offer a king-sized bed, a large glass enclosed shower, a huge HD TV and working desk.
