Tweet of the day

  1. I loved the photos that surfaced the other day of the CitiBikes (AKA the fanny pack of bikes) being totted around on a rickshaw as part of their new allocation system or whatever they call it. Dork mobiles.

  2. i like learning the new terms from the kids. sparking a one-hitter is about the drugs, right? the mary jane? the chronic, the cheeba, the dro, the kine, the piff, the sweet leaf? gracious, i do hope that young man had a helmet.

    safety third!

  3. Anonymous 7-11 - That's a great comparison! Like fanny packs, Citibikes are really convenient.

  4. He's being a very responsible bike rider. He's just smoking a one-hitter, not a pipe or a bong. He knows too much will make him weave in and out of traffic. /end snark

  5. Hell of a lot better than what I have seen numerous times: parents riding citibikes around with their kid sitting on the front rack which is safety rated for 17 lbs. But who cares right? Long as Dad gets to feel like he's Junior's best friend.

  7. A one hitter? Residents should be happy this cyclist has the courtesy to sharpen his/her perception by using mind enhancing herbs grown in the ground. Me on the other hand.... I rip 8 dabs hits from my rig, jump on the first bike I find unlocked, then cruise that thing recklessly until I crash it into a group of hipsters. I don't even run from the scene. Just grab a cab back home. Thanks CitiBike!!!!
