    The only real deterrent to checkbooks from home is a slight rise in crime.

  6. My boyfriend used to live in that building up until a year ago.

    Sure, rent there. If you like the sounds of bottles being thrown out at 4AM from all the bars on the street then getting tossed into the garbage trucks an hour later.

    And if you like shitty bands in the shitty bar across the street with a shitty rendition of "Me and Bobby Mcgee" every Wednesday night.

    Not to mention all the loud bros and hos drunkenly wooing it up on the street all night.
