  1. F**k Katzs - they sold their air rights to Shaoul and as a consequence every other business on that strip will be closing and we will have another Shaoul lux building. Katz owns their building so they didn't need to do this to survive - they just cashed in.

    As far as I am concerned they can take their corned beef and pastrami and stick it where the sun don't shine. One of a few supposed small mom & pop businesses doing business with that devil Shaoul in the hood.

  3. What I wouldn't give to have NYU go back to the Bronz, and take all their student rats with them. Give the EV and WV back to those who want to live, rather than carouse, in them.
