Now open: Fantastic Tea Shop on East 4th Street



EVG reader Ben let's us know that Fantastic Tea Shop has opened at 128 E. Fourth St. between First Avenue and Second Avenue.

We don't know too much about the space just yet… but we'll add it to our growing list of new East Village cafes.

    Yikes, so I guess Lui's Thai closed...

    Lui's is on the left side (or east side) of the storefront/address. It's still there!

    That's the old Borobodur Cafe storefront. Still miss it.

    What Gojira said. Borobudur had a rotating set of cooks, though, quality went up and down depending.
