Icon Realty bringing Sexyflow to Avenue A



The coming soon banner arrived for Sexyflow Hair Salon in the window at 205 Avenue A on Saturday … the person who shared this photo wondered if this is real … or some kind of gag or goofball invite for another art show in the space.

The sign appears legit. Plus the retail listing is no longer on landlord Icon Realty's website for the building here between East 12th Street and East 13th Street.

Perhaps Sexyflow might be a good first stop before hitting a rooftop party here.

    I saw this yesterday too and thought the poster design was almost to professional for something called "sexy flow". The art show is intriguing, didn't think of that. It would be a good name for a hair salon movie starring Mo'Nique.

    Thought/hoped this was a joke as well, by the same people who posted the sign a few months ago that advertised the bar for pregnant women.

    Does anyone know what the square footage rent Icon is asking? The space is small with no option for a restaurant or bar (thank goodness) a hair salon would make sense or some other pamper business like a manny - pedi joint.
