I remember reading that the Christadora House people who owned the air conditioner upon which last years' nest (which was much larger)was built put up spikes because the Christadora House was going to be covered in netting while the hawks were young.

For the minority great joy in hawks while the majority are bushwhacked by rats in TS Park.
ReplyDeletefirst comment, the netting will probably come in the fall months, these things are always delayed for whatever reason, permits, contractor scheduling, this is NYC.
