  1. So excited! Where is this! Ooh free smackdowns! by a girl or a guy? right cheek or left? is ther a two for one special? samples? I love samples! (Do you know how much you gotta pay for this type of treatment on the street though you kinda get to see a nicely made up person in latex with leather. Here maybe only bathrobe but what is the thread count and is it long staple Egyptian cotton?) Lat one: can I have one to go?

  2. Back in the day, the addicts used to ring all of our buzzers to get in the building to go to the apartment where they did their thing. Now, our building is full of a revolving door of college students and twentysomethings, and their friends ring all the buzzers to get it when their friend doesn't answer their buzzers or if they can't remember which buzzer belongs to their friend. They don't seem to get how rude it is no matter how many times we tell them.

  4. The junkies would buzz my apt at 5 am to get into the lobby so they could shoot up behind the stairs. I would go down and greet them with my pair of camp axes. My building is no longer bothered by junkies.

  5. The author os the size should have put his apartment number on the sign, so people would know which buzzer to not push.

  6. Excellent. Love the sign. Other comments do pose the question, what is worse - junkies or dormies? I think dormies are worse. Also, they would never respond to a camp axe.

  9. 1) I doubt very much that anyone ringing random apt buzzers in the wee hours of the morning is going to care about a sign or be in a condition to even read it.
    2) And the sign is a threat presenting possible physical assault so any smart neighbors who would like to get a low rent second apt. should take the sign author to court. And also be able to clean out that tenants life savings, bank balance etc. Anyone in need of an EV rent regulated apartment or if lucky condo/coop apt? Go ring those buzzers night and day until author presents themselves.
