Today in power washing Tompkins Square Park

Yesterday Temperance Fountain, today the ping-pong table.

Are we expecting company? (Aside from the NYPD...)

  1. It's probably not because company is coming, it's more likely that Dah Blaz gave the order to "clean this shithole up".

  2. Can they please power-wash the dogruns? The smell over there is atrocious!

  4. Did anyone happen to catch one or more of the wins I handed Andrew Adam Newman this spring?? Throwing games while batting lashes was the least I could do.

  5. They need to power wash the sidewalk in front of 13th Step, if not 13th Step itself. Heck, they need to powerwash the whole EV on the weekends.

  9. Someone must have been disgusted and offended that the locals were <a href="http://evgrieve.com/2015/07/ping-ponging-in-tompkins-square-park.html>ping-ponging it the other day</a>, so they pulled some strings to have this wash down to keep their suburban sensibilities and 'their'park sanitize.

  10. Why are there never any postings about the park/recreation areas along East River? Or is it that while people maybe Crossing Delancey, they will not Take Me to the River? Also sadly neglected are the underground tunnels riddling the East Village which connect to the the subway system. Would love to see some photos of those areas.
