    There wasn't a very large turnout, either day. I wonder if there's a better way to promote this?

    Well, it seems that the cops got the message as there was an infestation of them milling about. Of course, by day 2 I saw 3 cops on 8th and B - one was talking on his phone, and 2 others were in their donut mobile, both diddling on their smartphones. NY's finest.
