As we like to do, we were taking in the view via the blogger portals along Avenue A … where those condos are going in between East 11th Street and East 12th Street…

What went on here? What's with the party tent in the pit?

    Good question, did wind blow it over from a neighboring rooftop? Did it arrive 9-12 years for this building's rooftop "recreational area"? Perhaps we will never know...

    At first I couldn't see it without the help of the Grievestrator, but then I looked harder and there it was! Obviously it's where they play pile driver pong. The stakes are high in this game as one false move and the whole East River comes pouring in.
