Are you psyched about this new business on East 4th Street?



An EVG reader let us know that the new psychic's space opened this week at 193 E. Fourth St. just east of Avenue A.

The location has more to offer than the original "psychic coming soon" signage led us to believe. Aside from spiritual advising, the professionals here are also offering life coaching. (No word at the moment what their lifetime coaching record is.) Also, walk-ins welcome.

The storefront was previously home to Bikes, by George!

    It would be cool if you could add an arrow to the life coaching part of the neon sign.

    Life coaches are from my observations people that failed in every field they entered and decided to share bad advice for a fee to others.

    Readers and advisers are like religious advisers since they deal with the unseen and not proven to exist entities. The difference from tradition organized religious leaders they hope to empty your bank account.

    The fools misspelled PSYCHIC as "psyichic" on their banner, their signs and their neon.

    I wonder if they foresaw their window being smashed this past week....

    Because THIS is a better use of the space than Bikes, by George?! What are the odds the "psychic" will pay the rent more than a couple of times? SMH

      They will pay. These are money laundering places. Paying rent is not the issue.

    FACT: All of running "psychic" and "palm reading" joints use the fake last name of MILLER. They pay rent for a while and then they pay NOTHING. the landlord would have been better off keeping the bike shop at $3k per month than go for an additional $275 that he will NOT get. Just watch!!

    By the way, the "Chris Flash" post of 4:03 is not mine. I guess Gojira and I are being fucked with by the same asshole who thinks it's funny to post with the names of others....
