So long Sounds



Tonight is the last night for Sounds at 20 St. Mark's Place... after 36 years in business here between Second Avenue and Third Avenue...

    I grew up on this block, left and came back and it like the rest of the EV is nothing like it ever was...this street has almost become an open air strip mall.

    St. Mark's Place was always over-rated. However, Sounds had a pretty amazing sale yesterday. I picked up a couple hundred dollars worth of CDs for $35.
