Feeling the Breeze on 12th and C



There's a new panel up at the 12C Outdoor Art Gallery … on Avenue C at East 12th Street.

This past weekend, Amsterdam-based Hyland Mather created "Shape Piles" ...

  6. I'm not against other nations in general but what's with all the outsourced graffiti in the EV these days? French, Brazilian, Dutch... There's a reason NYC graffiti has always been the best. Why aren't homegrown New Yorkers getting more of these spots?
