Advance tickets on sale now for Jim Jarmusch's 'Gimme Danger,' opening Friday at the IFC Center



The well-reviewed (so far!) documentary on the Stooges by Jim Jarmusch opens over at the IFC Center on Sixth Avenue Friday morning at 10:40.

  1. Saw The Stooges on the Raw Power tour in 1973. Front row seats. Opening for Dr. John, and no one in the audience but my three fellow glitter-rock friends and me were there for Iggy. He played the entire concert to us, at one point literally sitting in my lap to sing "Gimme Danger". Most unforgettable concert experience of my life. Can't wait to see this movie.
