ReplyDeleteIt's to keep the crusties away. When they see the fence they'll think someone else has claimed the spot and will move on. Probably to the front of Stage.
ReplyDeleteIllegal barricade blocking of the sidewalk. Ticket and fine the building owner then take the fence away.
