That precinct (PSA 4) is strictly for residents of public housing. The assault described in this article happened in the jurisdiction of the 9th Precinct, located on 5th street.
Also a friendly reminder: ALL CAPS is the equivalent of SHOUTING.
It's amusing how some folks think these animals give a shit about a "beat cop" being in close proximity to their dirty deeds. These criminals shoot people across the street from the manned police tower.
