    The bloody-bag-of-appendages are the menu items -- organic and artisanal and carefully curated -- for a new upscale gastropub soon to open: Pièce de Résistance. Food itemss paired well with...alcohol, any type, of course.

    Am dressing up as a sexy real estate developer for Halloween, btw. You've been warned.
