  2. Cute and fun, but overcrowded. And as I had mentioned before, the event was more about the owners, to pay attention to them, and not about the dogs, It should be named the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Owners Parade. Most owners outshine the dogs. But whatsoever works for them, ammirite?

I was also going to suggest that maybe a parade route should be implemented and more organization and crowd control should be put in place such as more park rangers cops and (cough, cough) and maybe put this in a larger park, such as Central Park. But those would take away the indie feel and nature and spontaneity and creativity of this event. So, I don't know.

And at least this wasn't' a boozy or drunk event, unlike that event that's about to wreak havoc in December.

And what's with those women with the rabbit ears? They're in the wrong place and late (or early) for the Easter Parade. Silly rabbits, TSP Halloween Dog Parade is for kidults.

  3. Because we know how much dogs enjoy dressing up . . .

  4. If this is going to happen next year, it should be moved over to the East Side park by the river.

This location is not big enough for this many people, and with all the gates, people were not able to move. Dogs were getting stressed and stepped on.

It's not safe to squeeze this many people into a small park not designed for events this large.

  5. I agree with 1:03 - this event is way too big for this park and needs to be moved. The amount of garbage left behind was reprehensible.

  8. Fuck this event. The dogs hate this. It brings maddddddd corny people into the hood, very brunch-minded annoying people. No room for this shit. I'm young and handsome and happy BTW, not a bitter old man. We just feel the same.

  9. Enough with the "bitter old man" crap.

Just cuz someone older than you calls this sh it wack doesn't make them "bitter."

Only you can say this event brings madddd corny people into the hood? Nah.

Who cares that you're young, handsome, and happy? Point of that?
