Zombie FYI

The 11th annual NYC Zombie Crawl takes place today... Per the flyer, zombies are congregating starting at 4 p.m. at three neighboring Avenue B establishments — Maiden Lane, Dream Baby and Lucky. Following a zombie crawl, participants will meet at the Continental on Third Avenue before the Zombie Afterparty at Bowery Electric.

  1. so the woo hoo girls and frat bruhs will finish their bottomless brunches... puke from 1st ave to ave B then change into Santa costumes OOPS! ... I mean zombie costumes and crawl through the EV and vomit more? I liked the EV better in the 80's with crackheads, artists and gangs!

  2. Why don't they do this crap in Brooklyn?

  3. They should just keep it in Murray Hill.
Someone should build a mall/food-court style, structure/plaza where they have restaurants, dance clubs, volley ball courts filled with sand and game rooms specifically tailored for the douche bros. They could also live there!!
This way they can never bother us again.

  4. I really don't get the zombie appeal and why it persists. They are the most boring monster characters there are. Literally brainless. Is that the joke?

  5. I've seen this. Just a bunch of kidults walking around in zombie costumes acting like zombies, growling, whatnot, targeting tourists, kids, and those who do not know any better. The rest of New Yorkers just ignore them.

  6. This isn't really a "douche bros" kind of event like SantaCon.

Sill I hope some show up later to see Snakes of Christ
