December's supermoon is reportedly the first of three back-to-back supermoon full moons to come in the next two months, per NASA.

  3. With all the astronaut movies coming out in recent years (The Martian, Gravity etc.) when oh when will we have a proper moon landing movie?

    They already did that, in a soundstage in the desert. It was some of Kubrick's early work.
