  1. Funny funny picture. Is Wigstock returning?

    The last picture is revolting though. Not the hat, that's funny too, but I mean some jackass chaining a table to the bike rack. Every bike rack has become a junkyard for bike frame and wheel hoarding. I seen handtrucks and shopping carts locked to them too. It's a new urban blight.
