ReplyDeleteI wonder just how many tickets would have been issued to this driver if he had been stopped. Just for starters, I don't see any license plate or turn signals. Inspection sticker? Registration sticker? Which means no insurance. Do you think he may have endangered other drivers? What a jerk. Because he thought it was fun and needed attention so desperately for this ridiculous "achievement" he disregards everyone else. Okay pal..your horn works.....try your brains.
