ReplyDeleteI think we should have cat out where people can bring their cats to the park on harnesses.
ReplyDeleteMost city cats never go outside (nor should they for safety reasons o save courtyard patios but how many buildings have them?) so it would be nice if they could be under the sun and get fresh air, too.
