Cool for cats

Today was (is!) #InternationalCatDay ... and there were plentiful photos of cats to be found on social media.

Here's just one post, from the folks at the Anthology Film Archives over on Second Street and Second Avenue about their former house cat Max...

From 1990-2007, Anthology was home to this lovely cat named Max. One day she wandered into our alley and she never left. Max lived in our office, but she would wander about freely and rub up against visitors in our lobbies and theaters. A fan of foreign films and Brakhage (she sat through all of DOG STAR MAN and didn’t budge), she was a much-loved presence at Anthology for 17 years. We miss you Max!
