Architect of record Rotwein+Blake previously stated that "the narrow triangular site presented numerous challenges from its odd shape to zoning constraints."
It's so strange how they seemed to be sprinting on this project through July and have slowed down again. Its also equally strange how there isn't more detail on the building/opening.

Architects don't even try any longer, what a fugly mess.

ReplyDeleteIt's all about cheap materials. NYC buildings of the last 15 years will all fall apart by the end of this decade.
