Noted

And ICYMI... spotted at the Neighborhood Deli at 185 Avenue C between 11th Street and 12th Street... Eden tweeted it last Sunday and it went viral (dwarfing the Kardashianism singage tweet!)... the sign has also been spotted in other cities (and boroughs) these past few months...

  2. This sign is impressive. The creator must have a deep understanding of how grammar and syntax work to use it this creatively. The important message is aggressively expressed, and yet it so charming. A+ so proud of the EV right now

  7. Copycat sign. Just google some of the phrases & you’ll see. Was definitely a handwritten sign in the Bronx in April. The m$thaf&@$ers who run this place should try to do some original material. I mean, c’mon!

  8. I’ve never had shoe money, but titty money is what you got when you don’t have any pockets, so you leave your wallet behind and jam a nasty $10 bill into your bra.

  9. The sign went viral in March. It’s from a liquor store in New Orleans. Many have copied it. Still funny. Titty money are bills stuffed in your bra. Shoe money is in your show. Easy enough to google.

  10. 9:16 pm is correct, this sign is copied directly from one created in a Bronx bodega way back in April. Original source material should always be cited. Revised grade F due to plagiarism. Slightly less proud of the EV right now, tsk tsk playas!!!!

  11. EV is not exactly a titty/shoe money kind of area. We are a little more high class.

  12. This sign just proves that there is no bottom to the depths of stupidity.

  13. The sign is from south LA...not the Bronx. And Grieve clearly states it has been viral in other cities above. When you give credit make sure the one's you are crediting with originality didn't ALSO copy their sign from somewhere else.

  16. I will admit, there are times I don't want to carry a handbag so stuff some bills in my bra (I shower regularly, wear deodorant, and wash my bras often), and I've never had anyone refuse me when I yank it out of the strap. Gross? Maybe, but still legal tender, and not sweaty or stinky in the least. Shoes, tho - eww, no!
