Happy No. 18 to Otto's Shrunken Head

Otto's Shrunken Head, the offbeat tiki bar at 538 E. 14th St., celebrates its 18th anniversary this weekend. 

To celebrate, Otto's has debuted a new T-shirt for sale. 

The bar is open today and tomorrow from 4-11 p.m. here between Avenue A and Avenue B.

  3. Isn't it older than that? I remember going there in the late '90s? Maybe it was operating under a different name at the time? I could have sworn it was Otto's.

  5. That space was previously known as Barmacy. Closed sometime in 2000, Shrunken Head didn't open for some time later.
