Autumn leaves

Tompkins Square Park today...

  1. Has anyone else encountered a woman on 10th street between ave a and ave b ranting and raving about how someone is dumping plastic leaves in with the regular fallen leaves?

    1. No I haven’t seen anyone like that, and I’m out there every morning spreading out decorative accent leaves

  2. These are lovely. It's as if autumn happened all of a sudden.

  3. Utterly beautiful. My favorite time of year.

  4. 4” of leaves predicted
Better yet, Leaf Advisory in effect today

  5. Fantastic yellow color of the leaves when the chlorophyl dissipates. Hopefully when the next blush of spring color arrives with the cherry blossoms this horrible plague of Covid will be over.
