The garbage on the streets, overwhelmed trash cans and now furniture everywhere is just disgusting. I saw a woman eating and drinking a beer on St.Marks literally 6 inches from a giant mound of garbage bags, and furniture. The corner of St. Marks and A is the worst with ice cream and now fetish hot dogs. The crowds have overwhelmed East Village Square's COVID Shack. Our neighborhood on any given day looks like NYC during the garbage strike in the 1970s.
