  3. When the panic began I sent a request to place open garbage cans where all the big bellies are surrounding the park do prevent hands on use. I had previously notified the city that the big bellies on 10th and A and 9th and A were broken. The dept of sanitation notified me they were inspected and would be replaced. Well, that never happened but open garbage cans were placed next to all the big bellies. In the last week , most of them have disappeared, I assume by the dept of sanitation. I guess the city feels the pandemic wind down includes this as well.
