Does anyone know who is responsible for having fallen and cut branches and piles of cleared out plant debris taken away in Tompkins Square Park? The park employees? Another city agency that they should be contacting? Perhaps the volunteer gardeners (who are angels)? Should park goers call 311 to initiate it? I am not being sarcastic. I just don't understand why piles and piles of branches and debris have been sitting all over the park since even before Hurricane Ida and don't seem to be going anywhere. Just asking what the next step is....
