  9. Don't pets need to be in an enclosed container to be in a bus or subway?

    "No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers."

  10. Someone else posted a picture of what looks like the same cart in Union Square. I don't want to be a downer, but I'm a little concerned to see puppies transported so relatively carelessly, especially pits. Responsible breeders would be more careful and pits are so often abused.
