Just 17 floors to go at the all-new 360 Bowery

Work has really picked up since our last look at the SW corner of Fourth Street and the Bowery — aka 360 Bowery.

Work on the 21-story, 110,000-square-foot office building is up to the fourth level, and it already looks quite large with 17 floors left to go... (and how much longer before the billboard is obscured?)...
Eric Goode's new development replaces his B Bar & Grill (1994-2020) on property that was previously a gas station.

Find more details in our previous post.

  1. Wonder if Marc Jacobs cancelled billboard ad contract?

  2. This is the first time I've ever been concerned about a billboard, lol. The person(s) who rent it out must be extremely upset to lose that income.

  3. I am pretty sure the billboard company bought that building in order to put up the roof billboard. EVG may have reported on it awhile ago.

  4. Coming soon to the neighborhood: 21 floors of mostly empty commercial space.

  5. ALL YOU'RE WORRYING ABOUT IS THE BILLBOARD?? An out-of-scale 21 story building is being erected on the Bowery!
Shame on Eric Goode. Not making enough money with the Bowery Hotel that you have to ruin the city scape and plague us with 21 stories of offices?

  6. FYI Goode sold the land — he is not the developer
